We're a family-owned operation rooted in the Norwich, CT community. Our technicians aren't subcontractors cycling through a dispatch app, they're trained, experienced professionals who understand the specific masonry and flue conditions common to homes in eastern Connecticut. From the older colonial-era brick chimneys in the neighborhoods near Chelsea Parade to the newer prefabricated systems in more recently developed areas of town, we've worked on virtually every configuration you'll find in Norwich and the surrounding region. That hands-on local experience means faster diagnosis, smarter repair recommendations, and a level of contextual knowledge that a franchise or out-of-area company simply can't match.
Being fully licensed and insured isn't just a legal checkbox for us, it's part of how we demonstrate respect for our clients and their homes. Every estimate is written, every repair is backed by a warranty, and every job is completed by someone accountable to this community. We live and work in the same area you do, and our reputation is built one Norwich household at a time. When you call (475) 234-1087, you're not reaching a call center, you're reaching a local team that genuinely cares whether your fireplace is safe and ready when the cold arrives.
